Visiting the website

Vercel hosts this site and processes technical information needed to deliver and secure it, such as your IP address and request details. We have not installed advertising pixels, session replay or audience analytics on the site.

The calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not sent to us. Your animation preference is saved in your browser for the current session, so the site remembers it as you move between pages.

Booking an intro call

Cal.com’s calendar loads when you select “Book an intro call.” Cal.com then receives connection details needed to load the calendar and may use cookies or browser storage for its service. If you book, the information you provide, including your name, email address, chosen time and any notes, is processed by Cal.com and shared with us and our connected Google Calendar to arrange the call and send invitations.

Intro calls currently use Google Meet. Opening a meeting link connects you to Google’s service. Read Cal.com’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy for their practices. You can email us instead of using the calendar.

Emails and follow-up

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message. Our business email uses Google Workspace. We use booking and message details to respond, arrange meetings and discuss services you have asked about.

Keeping and removing information

Booking records, calendar invitations and emails remain in the services we use until they are removed. If you would like us to correct or delete information you have shared, email hello@ingoodcohq.com. We will review the request and identify what we can remove, including any records we need to retain for an ongoing service or legal requirement. Provider backups and retention settings may affect when copies are removed.

Call notes

This website does not record calls. If we plan to record or transcribe a meeting, we will discuss that with participants before starting.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website or the services we use change.
